Official Contest Rules

The Diamond Lakes Travel Association (the “Sponsor”) is giving away the ultimate Arkansas girls’ getaway to the Diamond Lakes! Enter now for your chance to win.

1. THE CONTEST. Here’s to your crew, your gal-pals, your Galentines! We're giving away a dream getaway for you and your besties. To enter, just follow the Hot Springs/Diamond Lakes Facebook page and tag three of your Galentines you'd want to bring along on this fabulous trip in the comments.

2. THE ENTRY PERIOD. Entry for the Diamond Lakes Travel Association “The Arkansas Galentine’s Giveaway” (“the Contest”) will open when the contest-entry asset goes live on Facebook at approximately 5 p.m. on Thurs., Jan. 30. The entry period will close at 11:59 p.m. on Thur., Feb. 13, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY. This contest is open to anyone ages 21 and over who resides in the contiguous U.S. (48 states plus the District of Columbia) and submits a valid entry during the entry period. Two entries per user will be considered for the grand prize drawing. Employees of the Diamond Lakes Travel Association and their families, as well as contract vendors and their families, are prohibited from winning this contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the contest, follow the Hot Springs/Diamond Lakes Facebook page and tag three Galentines in the comments on the contest-entry post. Limit two entries per user.

5. PRIZE WINNER SELECTION. At the end of the entry period, one grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, another random winner will be chosen until the prize is claimed.

6. PRIZES. The grand prize includes a two-night stay in a standard double room at The Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa, Salon & Spa Glow Package for four at the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa (Express Facial and Salon Mani & Pedi) and a Refreshments Package for four (Mimosa Bar, Charcuterie Board, Fresh Fruit and Petit Fours) at The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa (approximately $1,000 value). The winner will also receive four general admission tickets to Garvan Woodland Gardens (approximately $80 value), along with four individual beer flights and two soft pretzel appetizers at Superior Bathhouse Brewery (approximately $100 value). The total estimated value is $1,180

7. PRIZE LIMITATIONS. Contest prizes are awarded in “as is” condition. Prizes may not be substituted for another or monetary value. Hotel blackout dates apply, booking subject to availability. Hotel stay and spa package valid until Dec. 20, 2025.

8. ODDS OF WINNING. The likelihood of winning this contest is based on the total number of entries.

9. RELEASE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in exchange for the opportunity to enter and participate in the competition and win the prize, you (for yourself), your heirs, next of kin, administrators and executors forever waive, release and hold harmless (“Release”) any and all rights, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, attorneys’ fees, expenses and causes of action whatsoever (“Claims”) that you may have against the Sponsor, the competition vendors and suppliers, its affiliates, employees and agents, vendors and suppliers, the judges, prize providers and each of their respective related entities (the “Released Parties”), and each such Released Parties’ officers, directors, employees and agents. This Release covers, without limitation, any Claims arising directly or indirectly out of your entry into and participation in the competition, your status as an entrant, finalist and/or a potential and/or actual winner, and/or use or non-use of prize and includes, without limitation, Claims based on personal injury, death, property damage, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy/publicity, portrayal in a false light and any claim relating to the Sponsor hereunder. Further, you hereby release the Released Parties from any third-party intellectual property claims arising from or in connection with your entry. This Release survives the expiration of the competition.

10. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes your consent to the Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in perpetuity in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration to you and without obtaining any prior approvals.

11. FACEBOOK DISCLOSURE. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizers and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used as outlined above in the PUBLICITY section.
